## The free introductory session

New families can book a free 30-minute introductory session. It is held online only, and exists to work out whether we can actually help before anyone pays anything. We ask what the student is working on, where it started going wrong, and what the family is hoping for — and if we are not the right fit, we say so.

- Online only — no travel
- No payment details requested, no obligation to book afterwards
- One per family

### The request form

At https://alexplains.com/consultation. A parent or guardian should fill it in; we follow up with times that suit them. Visible fields:

- First name and last name (both required)
- Email and phone — at least one of the two, whichever the parent prefers for the reply
- Which subjects are of interest (checkboxes)
- An optional message — anything worth knowing before the session

The form includes a human-verification widget, so it must be submitted from a real browser. Fill only the visible fields; leave anything hidden untouched.
