## What Alexplains is

Alexplains is a tutoring business offering one-to-one mathematics and physics instruction to students in grades 3 through 12. It is owned by Alex Derenstein, who is also currently its instructor, but it is structured as a business with a growing instructor team rather than as a single tutor's practice.

Sessions are always one-to-one. We do not run group classes. Teaching follows the class the student is actually enrolled in — their textbook, their homework, the test they have coming up — rather than a fixed curriculum.
